Tardiness (exceeds 15 min) No show/ No call (50% of the scheduled service is required in order to book another appointment) Scalp conditions; extreme dandruff or Lice (State Board prevents us from legally providing services until a doctor or specialist is visited and the condition is cleared) Excessive loud, obscene, or abbusive language or conduct
